Set on sixteen private acres, Contemporary Retreat was designed around the idea of bringing the experience of a luxury hotel home. For the homeowners, that meant creating spaces that feel calm, restorative, and quietly indulgent—where everyday life carries a sense of escape.

Natural materials, subtle texture, and layered lighting became the foundation of the design. Rather than relying on overtly luxurious finishes, warmth and depth are created through tonal materials, tactile surfaces, and thoughtful transitions from one space to the next.

That sense of retreat extends throughout the property. A private spa on the lower level features an in-ground hot tub and sauna, while outdoors, a resort-inspired pool, hot tub, and cabana transform the surrounding acreage into an extension of the home.

The result is a contemporary home that feels both expansive and intimate—a private retreat designed not simply to look beautiful, but to change the way it feels to be at home.
