Designed as a spec home, Ehrman Farms presented a unique challenge: creating a space with broad appeal while giving it enough character to feel considered, collected, and established from the start.

The foundation of the home was intentionally timeless and approachable, allowing a future owner to easily make it their own. From there, we introduced thoughtful architectural details, layered materials, and unexpected design moments to give the new construction a sense of depth and permanence.

Rather than designing around a specific aesthetic or homeowner, the goal was to strike a careful balance between versatility and personality—creating a home that could speak to many, without feeling designed for no one.

The result is a fresh take on new construction: welcoming and adaptable, with just enough character to feel like home before the first box is unpacked.
