Farm Lane began as a new construction home with the intention of creating something that felt established from the start. While the architecture provided a fresh canvas, we introduced a slightly more traditional point of view through thoughtful detailing, layered materials, and a carefully developed color story.

Paint, wallpaper, and pattern became an integral part of the design, with a cohesive palette carried throughout the home to create rooms that feel distinct yet connected. Rather than relying on a neutral backdrop alone, color was used intentionally to add depth, warmth, and personality—giving the home a sense of character that feels collected rather than newly built.

The result is a home that balances the ease of new construction with the warmth and familiarity of a space that feels as though it has evolved over time.
