Modern Provincial pushed us toward a decidedly more contemporary point of view, pairing sleek architectural detailing with a floor plan designed specifically around the rhythm of family life.

Before turning to finishes, we reimagined the home’s layout to better serve the clients and their two boys. A larger mudroom and pantry created more functional space for the everyday, while the kitchen was thoughtfully divided into distinct zones for cooking, gathering, and dining—allowing it to remain open and connected without every activity competing for the same space.

From there, clean lines, streamlined details, and a restrained material palette shaped the interiors. The result is a home that feels polished and modern, but never at the expense of livability—a space where thoughtful planning and refined design work hand in hand.
