Designed at the beginning of a new chapter for its owner, European Country Home became an opportunity to create a house entirely on her own terms—one that felt deeply personal, established, and ready to welcome the people she loves most.

The vision was rooted in old-world European homes: spaces with a sense of history, permanence, and quiet opulence, but without ever feeling overly formal or precious. Rich materials, traditional details, and a layered approach to finishes give the newly built home a sense of age and character, while an understated palette keeps it warm and approachable.

Just as important as how the home looked was how it would live. With a large family and a love of gathering, the spaces were designed to feel equally comfortable during everyday life and when filled with the people closest to her.

Ultimately, this home represents more than a particular aesthetic. It marks a fresh start—a place designed for independence, family, and whatever comes next.
